Rental Fee

It is undoubtedly true that one of the largest expenses in renting a warehouse is the rental fee. Warehouse rental properties are usually owned by real estate firms and industrial estates.  Deposit

For most parts, the deposit can usually equal to two to four months of rental fee. Another associated cost is the advance payment. This is included when renting a warehouse in Thailand. In fact, even when in Western countries an advance fee is mandatory. There are two common advance rental payments, which is the first month or the last month of the rental fee. The rule of the thumb is that the amount should not be equal or more than the two months’ worth of rental fee. This is to make sure that the landlord will not overcharge the lessee. If you feel like the advance fee is way to higher than the usual, you can always bring it up to the landlord and from there you will be able to come up with an agreement favorable to both parties.
